Cat Tien Wild Safari Adventure

A Deep Immersion into Vietnam's Untamed Heart and Conservation

This exclusive two-day, one-night safari is your invitation to escape into the untamed heart of Cat Tien National Park, a globally recognized haven of biodiversity and cultural heritage in Southern Vietnam. To maintain the highest quality experience and minimize impact on the delicate ecosystem, we strictly limit each journey to a maximum of six guests. Your intimate retreat begins at the Katien Safari Lodge, an eco-friendly sanctuary that is seamlessly integrated into the lush landscape. Here, the soothing sounds of the jungle provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxation, and you will wake up to the peaceful sight of majestic deer grazing or the vibrant flash of colorful peacocks right outside your window. Throughout the day, the presence of lively langurs swinging through the canopy underscores your deep immersion into this vibrant ecosystem.

The adventure starts with an essential visit to the park's conservation centers, where you’ll witness dedicated efforts to rescue and rehabilitate wild animals. A short boat trip takes you to the Endangered Primate Rescue Center on Dao Tien Island, specializing in species like the Yellow-cheeked Gibbon, and you will also visit the Bear & Wild Cat Rescue Station to observe Sun Bears and Moon Bears recovering from the illegal wildlife trade. This moving, educational experience directly connects you to the park’s mission and the animals’ journey back to the wild.

The core of your exploration is a four-hour transformative jungle trek that reveals the dynamic nature of Cat Tien. You will hike through sections dominated by ancient, gigantic trees before the landscape shifts dramatically into serene groves of bamboo forest. The journey culminates at the scenic Ta Lai Rice Fields, where you'll find a comfortable spot to enjoy a cold beverage and watch the spectacular sunset over the unique mix of cajeput trees and distant mountains.

As darkness descends, the experience ramps up with an exhilarating night safari. Traveling through the illuminated wilderness, you’ll search for nocturnal creatures, and if you are exceptionally lucky, you may even spot a rare sight: the majestic wild gaur or a family of wild elephants. This thrilling drive offers the chance to witness the secretive movements of the jungle's residents under the glow of the moon, adding a layer of true wilderness adventure and excitement to your immersive journey.
